Prices

* The accommodation can be used from 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and must be released before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure, unless explicitly agreed with the owner.

* The prices The indicated prices include, apart from accommodation, electricity and water consumed during accommodation. Cleaning is not included during the accommodation period, nor any other expense or concept that is not detailed with prior express written agreement.

* Reservations and payments: Once the acceptance of the pre-reservation has been communicated, the client has two business days to make a deposit, transfer or bizum, of a minimum of 40% of the rental price, into the bank account indicated. It is advisable to send proof.
As soon as the deposit into the account is verified, you will be informed of the reservation confirmation.
The client must deposit the rest of the total amount of the house rental, along with the corresponding deposit, upon receiving the keys to the establishment.

    If payment for the reservation is not made within the stated period, the owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

* Bail: The client will deposit, upon arrival at the house, the amount of €300, as a deposit. Said Deposit will be to cover possible anomalies and damages attributable to misuse of the equipment and/or facilities of the house by the Client. This amount will be refunded to the Client, after verification by the owner that no damage has been caused to the accommodation and that it is in the same good condition in which it was delivered.

* Minimum stays: The minimum stay will be 2 nights. In high season: Summer, Easter, Christmas and New Year's Eve: 4 nights.

* Cancellations: Before starting their stay in the vacation home, the client can cancel their contract.
Compensation for the property, in case of cancellation by the client, is a percentage of the deposit given as a reservation:
Up to 40 days before the start of the stay a 50%.
Until the 15th before the start of the stay, an 80%.
From the 14th until the start day of the stay, and in case the client does not show up, a 100 % deposit.

* Visits are not allowed: The client is fully and exclusively responsible for making a correct declaration of the number of people who will occupy the house (without omitting children, whatever their age), when making the reservation. The administration of the house reserves the right not to admit minors not accompanied by their parents or legal representatives and of people not included in the registration form, not to accept the reservation or to evict the property. The transfer or subletting of the home or the transfer of the reservation to a third party is expressly prohibited. 

* The property  is not responsible for situations outside the home such as noise, construction, interruptions or cuts in the home's supplies that do not individually affect this and other causes of a similar nature that are not attributable to the property.

* Owner is not responsible for the Client's personal and valuable items during their stay. 

 * Cancellation of the contract under extraordinary circumstances: If extraordinary circumstances occur, e.g.: war, strike, rationalization of diesel and/or gasoline, border closures, epidemics, natural and/or environmental catastrophes, that influence and/or represent a danger and are not predictable at the time After closing the contract, the Property can cancel the contract. Payments already made by the client will be returned.

* Tenant Responsibilities:

* The house is in good condition and with all its facilities and services in operation. The client must check it upon entry. Therefore, any damage that the client may cause to the home or its facilities must be paid for by the client before departure. For this matter, the client will be asked for a deposit equivalent to the price of one day's stay, which will be returned by bank transfer after the client's departure, if there are no damages. In the event of damage, the property will inform the client of the damage caused, as well as the amount that will be subtracted from the deposit paid or the corresponding actions if the amount has exceeded the amount given as deposit. In the interest of everyone, the party that makes the rental must and must notify of any defect found in the home, within the first hours of your stay.

* The mere delay in the eviction or in the return of keys to the home, without prejudice to the other responsibilities, damages and losses caused, will automatically determine the obligation of the client to satisfy a payment, for each day or fraction of delay, equivalent to five times the daily amount of the agreed rent.

* The tenant is, in all cases and situations, responsible for his/her actions and those carried out by other people under his/her care, including also any guest or visitor who may be inside the house.

* In the case of existing swimming pools in the rented home, the Property will not be responsible for any incidents that may arise, particularly with regard to their security and surveillance, which will be the exclusive responsibility of the client. .

The fact of sending the reservation deposit implies that the client has read and accepted each and every one of these conditions.
